THANK YOU OGILVIE SUBARU! I would like to say despite these times of lack of inventory and uncertainty of delivery dates (do to supply chain issues), I had a great car buying experience. I booked an online appointment to view a car on the lot and was greated on time by Lourdes the sales representative. Lourdes was extremely professional and went over several options with us, without hesitation. At the time, my wife and I were unsure if we were wanting to buy the used vehicle on the lot (2020) or go the route of waiting and buying brand new. After great advice and financing options, my wife and I decided to buy new. We were told the delivery date could take up to 8-10 weeks and that she would keep us update along the way. Much to our pleasant surprise, we received a call from Lourdes within a few days informing us our new car has arrived! Hussien the finance manager took care of all paperwork and went over all options with us in grave detail. Hussien was another person who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He clearly explained and took the time to go over everything with us and answered any questions we had. On delivery day, pick up was smooth, on time and painless. The vehicle was spotless and fuel level topped up.
