After a rocky start, the dealership quickly recognized the situation and provided a solution that benefitted for all of us. Lourdes, the sales rep took over and she was kind, attentive and great. On the day to check out the vehicle after it arrived, she carefully went over all the details and technology that the Crosstrek offers and she was ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. With the short period of time that I worked with her, she was an absolute pleasure! Hussein, the finance manager, was also extremely knowledgeable about all the extended warranty packages and carefully provided options that fit within our budget and was not pushy at all. Overall, a great experience and I am looking forward to pick up my vehicle this week 🙂
