Came here looking for a new, safe vehicle that fit my families needs. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who then introduced me to Jessica. She was super knowledgeable in all of Subaru’s lineup, safety, features etc. She was able to give me pros and cons (even though there aren’t cons really) about the two different types I was looking at. She then introduced me to Matthieu who was equally friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just a joy to speak and work with. The day that my chosen vehicle came in, I received a pleasant phone call from Hussein in finance where we booked a time and date to go over everything. The whole team was there. Jessica, Matthieu and Hussein. They go above and beyond. They know their products inside and out. They are able to steer you in the right direction. Professional, personable, reliable (which was so important to us. Since we were previously given a time line with another dealership that let us down). Suburu Olgilvie welcomed my whole family with open arms, big smiles and big congratulations. It seemed like we were VIP’s. If we could give them 1000/10 we would.
