This was my first experience buying a Subaru and I opted for Ogilvie Subaru as they were the one dealership in the area which seemed to have options regarding a new Subaru Crosstrek. The salesperson Jakob Danis was available to meet on the same day I called, took the time to explain the car and the various options available and arranged for a test drive. Stock availability was a real challenge in light of COVID 19, but Jakob quickly found the exact version I was looking for (Limited Edition) which was on route on the ship from Japan and I took possession within four weeks. An impressive feat in light of supply chain issues. The sales Manager Wesley White efficiently stepped us through the finalization of the sale and was willing to consider covering some of the accessories I had asked for. Hussein Abdul did a great job on arranging the financing and offered a discount for the rustproofing and extended warranty. On the day the car was delivered there was an issue regarding the availability of an auto-dimming mirror package upgrade. When I came in on a subsequent day for installation they were still not in stock, but Wesley took prompt action and found a way to compensate. Overall, great service. The one suggestion I would make however would be for customers to take delivery of their vehicle inside a bay rather than outside in the cold and snow.
